startup Orxa Energies has unveiled its first electric bike, the Mantis, at the
India Bike Week in Goa. The Mantis electric bike features a naked street-fighter
design and gets a 200 km real-world range on a single charge. The 9 kWh
lithium-ion battery pack is a stack of 6 batteries that weigh 65 kg in total.
Orxa claims it has developed the batteries and they are modular and are
swap-ready. The claimed charging time stands at less than 3.5 hours using a 15A
socket.

7) EeVe Tesoro :

The EeVe Tesoro e-bike has been
unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020 in India. It is the Orissa-based startup’s first
electric bike. The EeVe Tesoro is powered by a hub motor from Bosch and it gets
a claimed top speed of 90-100 kmph. The electric bike has a claimed range of
120 km and using an optional fast charger, EeVe claims it can charge fully in 30
minutes. Using a conventional charger, the battery takes around 3-4 hours to
charge completely. The bike gets a twin battery setup with one of the batteries
being removable.
